My Secret Ingredient Is Love

I'm not fancy. I don't like fancy food. Wait...yes, I do. But more than that, I like food that is wholesome and hearty. Food that sticks to your ribs. Food that is hot, brown, and plenty of it. I like food that tastes like it came out of your grandma's kitchen. Not my grandma's kitchen, since my grandma's kitchen turned out tough briskets and macaroni and cheese that seemed to have survived a nuclear attack. My food doesn't always come from a recipe. It comes from inside. It really is made with love. Gosh, how corny is that? I cook by sight, by smell, touch and obviously by taste. I add a little of this and a little of that. Therefore, I am hard pressed to provide exact recipes, but I sure am gonna try!
